Supra Pickleball offers a limited warranty on all our products to the original purchaser. The warranty period may vary depending on the specific product and its components. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, modifications, or accidents.

Warranty Coverage:

1. Pickleball Paddles: Our pickleball paddles are covered by a 90 days limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If you experience any issues with the materials or workmanship of your paddle during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

2. Pickleball Balls: If you do not like the balls after receiving them, you may return them to our support center. Please note we only accept return of the balls that are not used and are in resellable condition.

3.Our product warranty policy currently only covers products sold on our Amazon store and our official website. Please note that our products are not sold through any other distributors yet.
